At Naturtint, we want you to be completely satisfied with your hair care journey; if a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, all returned items must be in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer care team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unopened items in their original shipping box, ensuring the RA number is clearly written on the outside of the package.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Send your return to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method of your choice; please retain your tracking receipt for confirmation.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
